Comfy cabin
We chose this cabin due to having a knee replacement recently. Everything was on one floor. It’s a beautiful and comfortable cabin very rustic with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace most of all. We really didn’t want to checkout. Next time we’ll stay for a full week.

Perfect clean stay
The place was clean and was represented well in pictures. It had everything we needed and a wonderful cabin feel. The hot tub was clean. The location was excellent, easy to go get coffee and get to nearby hiking trails. We had a great stay, will come back!

The cabin was exactly as described if not better. The place was totally clean. The area was quiet. Cabins are not right next to each other. Plenty of privacy in the hot tub. Definitely will be back!

The cabin was absolutely fabulous. We loved having the washer and dryer as it allowed us to pack lightly. The cabin was clean and could not have been more conveniently located, just a 15 minute drive from the main hiking locations. Definitely will come back!

Stayed one night and it was so cute and perfect after a day of hiking . We couldn’t get the remote to pair with the tv so dvd was the only option. I did email since there is no service but no reply

Great peaceful cabin
The cabin itself was great. Clean and easy checkin process. No bugs inside or out.. The area was also great as it was very peaceful and quiet and very easy to get to hikes and other tourist spots.

Great accommodations for our family of 5 including 3 adult children. Close to RRG. Had a problem with A/C and they quickly got a crew out to fix it. Would recommend!

Great location
Cabin is very nice. And close to all the red river gorge activities. Seems like everything is within a short 10 or 15 minute drive. We very much enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning eating breakfast and only hearing the animals around us.

We enjoyed this cabin. As stated in the listing. Very quiet, no neighbors in sight or sound. Nice hot tub. Lighting in cabin wasn't very good, glad I had a Kindle. Management took care of the one small problem we had very promptly, thank you. Our dog had a good time, nice sized yard and great porch.

Mommas and their boys
We had a great time! Loved our trip and would stay again. Only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 is we had to wash all our dishes before use, floors could have been cleaner (only noticed because we had an infant crawling), and the door code stopped working. We were locked out for a bit but it was solved quickly. Everything else was great! Cozy beds and lots of locks on the doors which made these mommas feel safe.

Great family getaway
Sundance cabin was a great little family getaway in a quiet Kentucky hollow. The cabin was clean and comfy with great porch for relaxing/grilling/soaking in the hot tub. Beds were nice the cabin is in a nice location to easily access all the great attractions in the Red River Gorge.

Bad First Impressions
First impressions mean everything and we were really excited to get here to this cabin after we looked at many and decided on this one since we usually go to Pigeon Forge. First off we walked in and knew something was off, after walking through the whole cabin realized none of the beds were made or even had sheets on them.There were a few crumbs on the table but nothing crazy for the most part the kitchen was clean but i mean heck renters clean dishes before they leave. There were sheets in the washer and who knows for how long because they smelled of mildew. Bathroom also was not cleaned, there was a half a roll of toilet paper, the shower still had the open shampoo and soap from the person before in it. The couch's had plenty of crumbs in all the crack where we had to wipe them off before sitting down. Called because of all of this and someone was sent out to clean but man it really was just the biggest bummer to the start of the trip. We get few free weekends so this sucked. The lady who came and cleaned was very nice and we were offered a later checkout for 1 pm Sunday but everyone knows that doesn't really help anything on the day you're leaving because all were doing is getting ready and cleaning up what we can those last few hours also. It was basically a wasted night since we had to spend time being uncomfortable for a few hours and then just not being able to come down from the immediate stress that caused. If we hadn't spent the money/time already we would of left.

We loved our October stay at Sundance! Really great location with quick access to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and comfortable. Felt very private in spite of other properties somewhat nearby.

Beautiful Place and quiet
Everything was as described and check in was so easy. This cabin has such a peaceful, beautiful setting. Driveway was just a bit tricky to get a bike up on. Overall so enjoyed our stay
