"The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future "

"We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!"

"We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!"

"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. "The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every room! There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. The Barn House allowed night owls a space to hang out without disturbing/ delaying bedtime for the little ones. Great stay! ones. "
