"We really enjoyed this property! It was very clean and well equipped. The furniture and beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra sheets and blankets available. The back deck is large and great for grilling out, plus the little fire pit area was nice too! Don’t worry about being hot because the HVAC system is massive you will stay plenty cool! "Very beautiful property the lawn was very clean and tidy. easy access to the lake. The location isn’t far off from the downtown area which was very neat. There is also a small stand that sells eggs, honey, etc as soon as you turn on to tom Cobb all local and fresh. The trip all together was perfect and 10/10 would recommend staying here!! Ps do watch for deer/wildlife my sister in law hit one maybe a mile from property. "

"This tiny house is very comfortable and cute. It is also very roomy for a tiny house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the bats fly around in the evening. Unfortunately it was very cloudy so we didn't get to enjoy the stars. Maybe next time. We did not cook, but the kitchen is well stocked. This place has everything you need."

"The owner and property were incredible! Unfortunately it rained for the majority of the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the paddle boat or water activities but we enjoyed everything else about the house and stay! "

"Great location near a public ramp. Plenty of room to park the boat. Outside outlets to connect battery charger. Everything clean and in good working order. Queen bed and queen sofa bed on main level. The lofts can sleep up to 4 people, but not very suited for those of us over 50. The ladder is a little steep, but no problem for younger folks."

"From the first point of contact to the time we entered the door, this was a perfect stay! Highly recommend this beautiful lake home. It's a quiet neighborhood, beautiful home with all that you need for a wonderful vacation. The host is kind and quick to respond. We stayed for a weekend trip to a music festival and the location was perfect! Not too far from everything you'd need and right by the lake (short walk). "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Very spacious, so many amenities, the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed all the outdoor seating options. We really liked having the extra space downstairs. The dock is private and roomy with adirondack chairs so you can enjoy reading a book by the water. The enormous fenced in yard was a great space for our dog to be able to safely run and explore. There is plenty of parking. The owners are kind and easy to work with and quick to respond to...
