"El lugar está increíble en cuanto a ubicación y decoración, la villa hermosa, muy bien equipada. Lo malo fue que en los servicios del hotel anuncian que cuenta con servicio de limpieza limitada, esto consistió en que sacaran la basura 1 sola vez en 4 días y acomodaran el edredón, con la sabana echa bolsa debajo 2 veces, creo que eso no es limpieza limitada, es limpieza nula!!!! La verdad es que el lugar no es nada barato y cuando vas de vacaciones lo ultimo que quieres es preocuparte por tender...

"Shower a bit small, no air conditioning, knob on screen door a bit hard to turn from the inside because of the door frame, overhead light/fan combination and wall switches a bit confusing. But loved the location -- easy walk to restaurants, beach views, bike rentals. Worked out very nicely for a several day getaway. Will definitely consider staying here again."

"This property was absolutely perfect for a larger group! So much space and lots of places to lounge. Quiet neighborhood just steps from Heavenly Village. The only thing that would make this property even better is a hot tub :)"

"Property was very clean, close to everything we had planned. Highly recommend!"

"This is an amazing placed to stay in S Lake Tahoe. It's very close to Heavenly where lots of activities takes place."

"Accommodation was exactly as described. Great location. Beautiful little pond right behind the building, we saw some nice wildlife. Kitchen has most supplies needed to cook meals. Pots are a little on the small side when cooking for 7 ppl but we made do. Plenty of towels which was great for showers after beach days. Kids absolutely loved the bunk bed set up. I would stay here again."

"Showers were solid. Provided shampoo and body wash powder was horrible- hard to use and lasted 1 day for a 5 day trip Water pressure in 1 was very weak. Heating was good but very drying- need some kind of humidifier Check in experience was terrible. Was given 1 code for 5 apartments. Called and was given additional codes which didn’t work. Eventually worked out that the codes Vacasa had for apartments A-E didn’t correspond to the actual apartments which are numbered 1-5."

"Just a quick day trip for a birthday after spending 2 months in a camper. Was looking forward to a comfy bed and a hot shower. The hot shower was fantastic but the bed was lacking. It was incredibly worn with butt divots. Area and the place was great, but they need to replace the beds!"

"Check in starts at 4pm and your rooms may not be ready at check-in but check up is at 10am. It doesn’t make sense. Overall great location and nice staff. "

"The bathroom had some updates and was clean. The unit itself is old and somewhat tired and the carpet is nasty. A clock would be nice. I wish I could give a better review the host was good."

"We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was perfect for a weekend girls getaway. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to the casinos, making it convenient for both relaxation and entertainment. The added excitement of seeing a bear when we first arrived, added to the Tahoe charm The condo itself was comfortable and offered some fun extras, like shuffleboard and a classic video game unit, which made our time indoors just as enjoyable. "We had a wonderful time staying at this property. From the review before, I was a bit nervous for our stay but it ended up being wonderful. Getting a hold of someone was very easy if there were any issues and the rooms are way larger than I thought they would be. I totally would recommend to a friend for a family vacation or a friend vacation there was SO much space! :) if I travel with a larger group again I would definitely look into this place in the future! "

"We got the whole gang together for 4th of July weekend and to celebrate my birthday. Twelve of us in total, we all had exceptional accommodations, nobody felt like they drew the short stick for lodging, the home is beautiful and we felt very lucky to have found such a perfect and serene place - a teensy bit away (about a 5 minute walk), from all the hustle and bustle."

"Stayed for NYE, several issues with the room. - Room was not very clean. I think the cleaning crew did what they could, it just was overall grimy. The carpet was crispy - like it's either really old or needs to be shampood. - The shower is tiny (which was fine for me but should be mentioned in the ad because it wouldn't work for bigger guests), and the tile is chipping. It just overall was not a comfortable shower experience, it may have been clean but felt grimy be cause the tile is all...

"I am extremely grateful for this hotel, very comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from, the room was clean and comfortable, the location of the hotel was very cool because it is close to several restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach."

"The staff was very friendly at all times, we passed a nice stay, we made use of the BBQ and my daughters enjoyed the pools, which maintains a very pleasant hot temperature after returning from the cold beaches of Tahoe. If you are looking for something familiar and economical you can stay here, do not expect anything lustful but it is more than enough for what you pay 😉 "
