"This apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to so many attractions. The landscaping was beautiful, as was the view of the water from the living room. The extras which Beth provided—breakfast drinks, a gift card to a bakery, and lots of little notes around the apartment—were much appreciated, as was the long list of recommendations from previous visitors. We could not have made a better choice of where to stay."

"The house is very cute with an amazing little porch, and the location was great. Walking distance to anything you need. Only wish we had planned to stay longer in Portland. The last batch of stairs are very steep as mentioned in the description with no landing at the top but ultimately it is a small issue for an otherwise wonderful stay."

"The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?"
