Beautiful home in a beautiful setting with great amenities. Loved the lower level deck and propane fire pit that was ready to use! My older dog had a few problems traversing the steps but he loved being there as well!!! Already booked another stay! "

About 45 minutes to the Thorton gap entrance of Shenandoah and the cabin is about 30 minutes down the river itself. "We had a wonderful stay at Deer Haven. The house was clean and very comfortable. The views were amazing, and the hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking. "My friend and I had a great stay in the cabin. It was enough room for the 2 of us. Checking in and out was easy. The hot tub was really nice and clean! Cell service is a little spotty but to be expected in such a great/remote location. Would definitely recommend!"

"My friends and I always choose a new cabin for our annual fall getaway. We've not had a bad experience yet. Mountain Mama's Woodpecker Woods did not disappoint, either! Comfortable, warm, clean, spacious log cabin. It had everything we needed. In fact, it was so relaxing, we never made it to the hot tub.
