Minor issues-could not get combination lock to work; call to managers gave us combo to key box-all good. Was a little disappointed with road between house and beach; little or no traffic-so really no issue. Should have been mentioned in AD. Lite in refrigerator inoperative-Tory fixed it-very personable. "First time in Maine and road tripping from Ontario. We chose to stay here in a whim and have absolutely no regrets. The check-in process was very quick and the cottage was so beautiful. Lots of amenities on the property, including picnic areas and fire pits/firewood for private use. Easy to find and very close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We would definitely return if ever in Maine again… this place deserves nothing less than 5 stars!"

It's a wonderful spot -- quiet, clean, and comfortable, and ideally located in town within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and just minutes to the Schoodic side of the park and the ferry to Bar Harbor. "This property is convenient to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The kitchen was nice for our group to cook breakfast together. The house had lots of spaces to visit and plenty of seating both at the tables and in the common areas. Upstairs had no electrical outlets and smelled musty but we were able to work around the lack of electrical outlets and always travel with air freshener so it was okay."

"Location, cleanliness, amenities were all a 10, but the downstairs bed was hard as a rock, and the others were so so. Comfortable beds are a must, Invest in some better bedding and this place would be a perfect 10. I would also suggest a queen sized bed for the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise we had a great vacation visiting Acadia and the surrounding area."

"Myself and my family stayed at this property for a week. Had a few bumps when we first got there but the property manager was absolutely amazing. Responded immediately and got everything straightened out. The property is beautiful whether you are outside or looking out from inside. Was further than I thought from Acadia but we managed. No issues with the hot water and there were 6 of us. We had fun filled days and very peaceful relaxing evenings. Wonderful rental."
