"We had a great weekend on Kent Island. We loved the area. It was so family friendly. We had lots of young children in our group, and this house worked great for us. The inside was nice with modern, but minimal decor, which was perfect for toddlers. The fenced in backyard was also just what we needed to let them run around."

"We loved our stay at Julia’s Arc! The houseboat was absolutely lovely - even better than the pictures showed. Julia was communicative and thoughtful throughout - she’s a great host! The location is nice - it’s in a marina, so it’s safe if there is bad weather. There’s a beach there and a restaurant in the marina. Be warned though - everything in the area closes early. We tried to get dinner around 9pm and absolutely nothing was open (we wound up ordering pizza which was very good)....

"We very much enjoyed our stay, relishing the peace and quiet of the property as an offset to our busy wedding week. The house was spacious and well outfitted, and we all enjoyed downtime in the pool. Glen was very helpful at answering all of our questions. "While the cottage may have some of the historic/ older quirks, it is a wonderful (and beautiful ) property that we would highly recommend! We loved the walk-ability to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Despite its close location, it’s quiet at night lending to a good nights sleep 😊.
