"Our stay at Warrenbayne Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Only 20mins out of Benalla, we were far enough away from town to feel quite serene, but with everything we needed at our fingertips. With a brilliant sized securely fenced block of land, our dogs had all the room in the world and two very friendly and tolerable Greyhounds to run around and enjoy themselves with. Mandy was an amazing host, we'll definitely be back again!!"

"This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. "A very relaxing stay for our family and doggo. Lots of space, comfortable room and a lovely kitchen. Had everything we needed except for a hairdryer but everything else was thought of and catered for. We would definitely stay again. Rick was responsive and made the experience very easy."

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."

"Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. We had soccer competitions this weekend and everything Shepparton was booked out. No notification in advance, no email and no call. Absolutely terrible!"

"Not too far from Melbourne, but it felt like a million miles away! A great cottage, surrounded by paddocks and hills. Plentiful birdlife, which you could watch from the verandah that surrounds the house, or as you go on a casual stroll across the property. A large, extremely comfy bed. House has all the necessary modcons, but it feels like home."
