"The house was just as described. We were a family of 16 and everyone had their own private space. Right "on the river" is accurate and everyone loved that. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. The beds, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean; however, the house could use a deep cleaning."

Spacious house with plenty of room, and a sunroom that’s adds additional space!! Clay & his wife(Host) made sure the house had everything we needed during our stay. "Great time! Family friendly! Would stay again! The fishing boat was a big plus! We put our trolling motor on it and our two oldest boys were rarely seen and we all caught keeper catfish and small bass, Swimming in front of the house wasn't good bc if low river level but we went to the waterfall and swimming hole north of river via boat and kayak and had a blast! The firepit was really nice! You can hear the plant across the river but you learned to tune it out. Looking forward to coming back...

"Everything was great! Thanksgiving 4 night stay. Our family of 8 adults and 6 children had plenty of room. The home is beautiful! They have planned for large groups and we never ran out of anything. The 2 dishwashers came in so handy! Basketball, roller skating and enjoying the fire pit were a big hit with the kids. Brandy was great about any questions we had. We all had a wonderful time together.! "

"Absolutely loved this place. Plenty of extras to go along. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The view was absolutely amazing even though the creek was dry. They clearly stated this in the posting which I liked. The patios are perfect if you are an outdoor person. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10 and a very quiet neighborhood if that's what you were looking for"

"We enjoyed our 2 night-3 day stay very much. We were in town for a family wedding and everything was great. “It’s the little things that count” as the say goes and we liked that some items that we forgot were there. The little kids loved the kids colorful plates, cups and silverware and I liked the big table! We will definitely stay there again!"
