"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "This cottage is really lovely. Great location, nice host and has everything needed for a holiday. The pub in the village is a minutes walk and serves nice food - what more coul you want. We stayed in November but I would like to visit in spring or summer as the garden looks a great place to sit and have a glass of wine."

"Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise. "Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "
