"This cottage is really lovely. Great location, nice host and has everything needed for a holiday. The pub in the village is a minutes walk and serves nice food - what more coul you want. We stayed in November but I would like to visit in spring or summer as the garden looks a great place to sit and have a glass of wine."

"Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K. "

"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "What a lovely cosy cottage, we had a great 2 night stay over the new year. Quaint sitting room with lovely little touches , well equipped kitchen with everything you need . "Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"Our 2nd visit to this superb little gem, excellent location and the owners are lovely people, so quiet and peaceful at night, The bed was so comfy I could of quite easily took it home lol,We stopped just after the Christmas for NYE to avoid the fireworks as our pets hate them, will be returning in the near future "

"Overall the cottage is very nice and we had a comfortable stay. The cottage is in a good location to tour the South Hams and is peaceful and quiet. We felt some of the facilities were a bit outdated and tired, with a few upgrades to the details like fresh new crockery, a decent sharp knife, coffee machine and music player upgraded to the 21st century it would be a bit more wow for a 5 star from us."
