Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. "Wir waren Anfang Januar für 3 Tage mit 10 Personen Hund in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Sehr netter Vermieter, der auch während der Zeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand, wenn es notwendig ist. Reichlich Feuerholz stand zur Verfügung. "Wir, zwei Familien mit Teenager-Kindern, haben die Silvestertage hier verbracht. Das ist seit Jahren Tradition und hier in der Eifel haben wir es sehr gut vorgefunden! Das Haus ist neu renoviert und mit drei Badezimmern ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir konnten die Zeit genießen beim Raclette, Quatschen und einigen Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Familie Jansen ist zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! "
