"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt! "The property was great for 2 families that needed to spread out. There was a cabinet full of kids toys and a very well equipped kitchen with all you need. The pool was great with a retractable cover that made us feel at ease with our young kids running around. The week we were there it was very hot. "La Fenice was a perfect example of a traditional tuscan hideaway with nothing but hills and trees to gaze upon. The villa was spacious enough for us all - two families or four with kids under 12 and the grandparents! "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. "Great property with beautiful views on Cortona. The owners were very kind and very responsive. The swimming pool is very large and our kids spent an enourmous amount of time there. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious and well decorated with aircon much appreciated in summer. We had some issues with water pressure in one of the houses, but the owners were about to change the boiler and fix the issue. Highly recommended for two/three families."

This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail.
