"Lack of communication before-hand about check-in. We did have prompt responses to broken A/C, and then lack of hot water. Sleeps 7 or 8 but has dishes for less. Very basic supplies. Though coffee was supplied, sugar was hidden away, no pepper was found, no paper towels or tissues, some lightbulbs out. It served our purpose and met basic needs once problems were addressed."

"Our hostess was not there during our stay, but she was easily accessible and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is in the country and picturesque. The deer in the website are real. While the apartment does not have an oven, there excellent options. There are also games, puzzles a,d videos for all ages."

"This beautiful home has stellar location just 10 minutes from Southlands Mall, which is beautifully decorated at Christmas time, and has multiple shopping and dining options for your free time. The home is at the end of a culdesac which provides a quiet ambience for rest. The house itself has numerous sleeping options from 4 bedrooms, trundle bed and a futon. Easy check in and check out process. The owner was accessible and quick to respond to questions. We will stay here again. FIVE STARS "

"the property was located in a nice neighborhood with a good park with trail that was very convenient to use to exercise. The Patio was south facing so when the sun shines it warms it and it can be enjoyed even in December.Finding the place in the dark was somewhat difficult as the house numbers were not lite and the solar lights for the walk way were quite dim. It is a day light basement so you do hear the people upstairs at times but mostly they are very considerate. "

"Everything was wonderful, the home was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all."

"We stayed at this property for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Annette was an amazing host. She stayed in contact for anything we needed and shared local events and such that were happening. She made check in and out extremely easy. We will keep this contact so if we come that way again we will stay with her property."

"I travel to Denver every year for training and hate staying in hotels. I have searched for a decent VRBO for years and all have been okay at best. This property and host were amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There was a shortfall of some supplies that were recognized by the host prior to our arrival and were deliver to the garage within 12 hours of our arrival. "We were in Aurora for a big softball tournament over the 4th of July. The house was exactly like it looked in the pictures. The house manager, Naomi, was extremely quick with responses to our questions. All the bedrooms were very very comfortable. It did get a little warm at night upstairs would be my o my concern. We did open the windows which helped. The location is close to everything you would want. Restaurants, coffee, etc are all with a 20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this...
