"Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice. On the Sat evening when I was there , there had been a live band playing outside the restaurant area, they had a stage for live performances. Lovely atmosphere with good food and music. "This farm was one of the loveliest properties we have stayed at on our trip around England. A gorgeous property with healthy, happy, animals all around you. The linens smell heavenly and fresh and you can hear the spund of cows mooing. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh options. The host is so friendly and considerate. You dont want skip this one.♡"

Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre.
