"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."

"Although it was a quiet area, the view of walls leading into a alley as your first look while leaving the property isnt the best. The secondary shower might work if you're 5 foot and dont have to turn around.... yes, its thats small.... honest opinion- not worth the $..."

"We never received a code to get in until 2-3 hrs later, I had read about the mold on the walls & broken ac & was assured everything was fixed, the air didn’t work for 2 days, frig didn’t close unless pushed in on bottom, mold in closet & above frig. I cloroxed the wall in bedroom so it felt safer to sleep in myself & washer always unbalanced. Great location but a lot of work!"

"We really enjoyed this house with our elderly parents. Our 14 th annual family vacation was a success The deck and pool are our happy place and the weather could not have been more perfect. A few little items like tv remote batteries and some very small cleaning opportunities but nothing to take away from our satisfaction.,will definitely consider this property again."

"Plenty of beds for all the adults that stayed! Neighborhood felt a lil sketchy but we were unbothered and fine our stay. I like that they have an alarm system! Gave an extra sense of security. Good size home! Clean! Beds were comfy for a rental! My only “complaint” was that we didn’t get our check in information until an hr before check in. I’m used to getting it days prior. Therefore I was nervous we were potentially being scammed. Thankfully we were not and that is just the host’s preference....
