Christmas 2024 at the Beach!

Let's Celebrate - In-Laws 65th Anniversary, 90th & 85th Birthdays!
Surprise celebration -- steak dinner and photos at my brother & sister-in-law's house on Friday. Family beach day on Saturday featuring Nana's famous spaghetti for Lunch. It was an amazing weekend! Lots of fun was had by all -- kids and adults! Gemini House is an awesome property -- it has it all! Inside is beautiful, very spacious and full of character with spectacular Ocean views! The location is perfect -- it is situated between the Ocean and Bay with access to both! No shortage of outside fun, from sun-bathing at the beach to kayaking in the bay - water toys galore, from kids to adults!! A full place for all! Can't wait to go back!

Perfect home for a family vacation
Our entire family, ages 13 through 78 had an incredible vacation! The home is exactly as pictured and the description was spot on. The amenities at the house provide hours of entertainment and the location is perfect with a beach and river side. Al, our host, was great and we really appreciated the special touch to help celebrate our parents 56th anniversary. We’ve stayed at several homes over the years and we will definitely book again with Al.

Wonderful vacation at Gemini Beach
My extended family ranging from toddler to 80-somethings absolutely enjoyed our week long vacation staying at the Gemini Beach house and the next-door house. The houses was generously stocked with everything we needed to have the best time, the house itself was super comfortable with a great layout, and the location was excellent with access to both a gorgeous beach on the Atlantic side and a super fun play area with dock on the lagoon side. Both the pool by the house and the pool on the lagoon side were loved by everyone. In addition to the house being so wonderful, everything we could want or need was closeby within short driving distance. Best of all, the property manager was super responsive answering any questions or addressing any needs. 10 out of 10 we'd recommend Gemini Beach for a wonderful vacation!

Family vaca
Everything was perfect with the exception of a few things. Silver fish spotted in the bedroom top floor No removable shower head except in Master Sand fleas but thats part of being at the beach Bathroom vents need to be dusted/cleaned However with those few con’s we still rate it a 5 star due to the endless amenities and tons of quality linens! The location was also great for us! We truly enjoyed our stay and we will do it again! Thank you!!

Perfect Beach Vacation!
It is so close to the ocean. We loved having our morning coffee and evening drinks just watching the ocean on the front porch. Saw the dolphins every day. Pool on both sides was amazing! Our guys fished from the dock on the river side every day! Master bedrooms were on the main level which was so good for us seniors. Gemini Beach was so perfect!

Most amazing vacation property
No words to describe how this property exceeded any expectation we had coming in for our family vacation! They have thought of everything and have everything and anything you could think of, may have forgotten or simply didn’t think of. Steps from the ocean, private river front and dock. Basically, it was a small piece of heaven perfect for our family vacation! 1,000/10 rating. We will be going back!

Family vacation with a variety of ages to entertain
We usually stay in Fort Myers Beach, however 2 years ago our condo was destroyed. We had to fond something quick last year and we stayed up near the pan handle. It was too cold. This year, do to some changes our trip was booked last minute but we were always going to be going. We found availability at the MacArthur property and boy did it exceed our expectations. From every cute little detail of the property to all the things you "may forget". Gemini Beach House had it covered. Swim diapers, sun screen, a few waters to get you started. A welcoming basket. Beach towels galore. You have it at your home, theyve got it there. Wonderful, comfy feel.

Wonderful Retreat
We booked this house for a work retreat. The house was clean and well-stocked. Most of the bedrooms were on the main floor and the large bunk room was upstairs with an amazing panoramic view. The bedding was clean and comfortable and there were more than enough towels and dinnerware for everyone. My only regret was that we did not have time to use the water toys/equipment because of our meetings. Communication was prompt and clear. Check out was a breeze.

Family Vacay
Our family of 8 adults and 3 children (one infant) very much enjoyed this property. When they say it is fully stocked, they mean it. We had everything we needed plus surprise treasures and outstanding outdoor equipment. The ocean views were wonderful but the river/beach access with all the amenities was prize-winking for relaxing fun for all ages.

A fun beach house
My family had a great time at this beach house! The house is located on two bodies of water, ocean on one side and intercostal/river on the other side. The view was stunning!. We were welcomed by a nice basket filled with the beach necessities and snacks. That was very thoughtful. I’ve never been to a rental place that was well stocked as this house was I mean they thought of everything! Everything you need for a baby and your fur fam was there. They also had all the equipment for water activities including kayaks, snorkel gears, boards and more. The kitchen was fully stocked including all the condiments and spices. It felt like I was in my own kitchen. All of us loved having a separate ice maker too. Al, the property manager responded quickly to all of my questions and was very informative. He gave us great suggestions on places to eat, where to get groceries and fun things to do. The beach was beautiful but it was very rocky and slippery which made it difficult to get into the water even with water shoes. I would also use a bug spray if it is not breezy to avoid getting noseeum bites. Everyone agreed that this place had the best checkout procedures! It was so nice to simply gather your stuff and leave without worrying about all the things we have to do before leaving. We were told that their cleaning crew will take care of everything. This is a great place for a family to enjoy!

Amazing Stay!
I cannot say enough great things about this house. In reading all of the reviews, it seems almost too good to believe, but it is even better than you think. We have rented lots of beach homes and nothing even comes close to comparing to this. Al is amazing to work with and really does thing of everything. It makes your vacation so nice, because you really do not worry about anything while there and he thinks of it all. We loved having the river side beach area where we would start and end our days and then spend the afternoons at the ocean side. Just perfect in all regards.
