Lovely Property
We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this cozy/well set up property. Allison was extremely helpful with great communication. This house is really well set up for traveling with family. There are two living spaces with bathrooms/bedrooms so people can have some space.

What a Gem!

This place was ok, It was in a great location. Clean but so many signs and demands that we were afraid to touch anything. There were signs that if we didn’t do certain tasks we would be charged. We used the master and one bedroom in basement. Beds were not comfortable. We were charged a clean fee and still had to wash two loads of towels, and dishes. Too many demands!

Great location!
House was exactly as described! House needed some small handyman repairs. When we got there house was 90 percent clean we did clean the rest of it and no big deal. Fantastic views from the house. Would definitely rent there again.

Great property.
The property was excellent. However,The MANY notes (both laminated and bathroom "decorations") posted in the house regarding rules and penalties seem excessive to me. As stated in the online rental agreement and the binder should be enough. The did not make me feel like a welcome (paying) guest...more like more like someone merely tolerated.

Awesome Stay!
Loved every minute of the stay. The house was clean, well cared for and accommodating. Loved walking every day in the Apple Springs neighborhood. It was quiet, safe and beautiful.

beautiful home; plenty of rules
The home was nicely appointed, well organized and clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable and easy on the back. Nonetheless, what should have been a pleasant stay was ruined by the stringent rules that were posted around the home. Some of the rules didn’t make sense such as the checkout laundry instructions wherein you are expected to complete a full load of laundry, load it in the dryer and put a new load in the washer before 10 a.m., all while you are packing, loading and trying to comply with the other checkout instructions. In addition to the stringent rules, there were structural issues. The home is not handicapped friendly and the stairs, which are required to reach the kitchen, living room and bedroom are treacherous, uncarpeted and slick. The entry door downstairs is to the bedroom rather than to the family room area; not an ideal set up.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting!
This property was perfect for our group of four ladies on a weekend getaway! Clean, cozy, with beautiful views in a neighborhood that’s just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby towns. We loved our stay, and really appreciated the serenity of this location. Would absolutely recommend, and would definitely accommodate a larger party than ours comfortably!

Love this place!!
This is my second time here and this time brought the whole family for a 5 day vaca. Easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to go to. Wonderful place to come home at night, make a good meal, relax and get a great nights sleep. Watching the deer graze on the golf course is so peaceful. Can't wait to come back again! You won't be disappointed!

Apple Springs
This property fit our needs perfectly! Our two adult children were able to have separate bedrooms and a basement hangout all to themselves. The main living area was open and spacious enough for all plus friends to visit. The kitchen had a nice, large island where we could all move around easily when making meals. We enjoyed watching from the balcony/patio 17 or more deer who grazed in the meadows across the street every evening. We also got some spectacular storm cloud/hills photos from the balcony. Very easy access and fun to take walks around the area. Brand new and so nicely decorated. We could easily get to Sturgis, Deadwood and Spearfish from this location. We had a great time!

In the Heart of Black Hills
The house is new , located in the very nice area on the outskirts of Sturgis.It is nicely decorated and well equipped.The owner is very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property for comfort and location to explore the Black Hills.The only problem I see is a quite high cleaning and service fees. It added greatly to our overall expenses for the 6 day stay.Travelers should check all additional charges they will need to pay.

This was a great getaway!
This was an amazing house! It is a great getaway place. I only have positive things to say about this property or the owner. The owner was very accomodating, the house was very clean, and it was a soothing atmosphere. It was amazing to watch deer eating the grass, before the sun sets and sometimes in the morning. It was so quiet and a great place to relax and unwind as well as the gorgeous view. The owner of this property was quick to respond, nice, kind, and professional.

Nothing short of spectacular!! Beautiful home!
This is a very beautiful property! Easy to get to, perfect distance from Sturgis or Deadwood. Great views! Loved watching all the deer playing and grazing on the golf course. The deck would be great on sunny afternoons (it was to cool this time) We will definitely be back! You won't be disappointed!

Great stay
It is in a quiet neighborhood on paved roads. The house is new so very clean and neat. The location is great about half way between Sturgis and Deadwood and not that far from the interstate. We had a great time.
