"All was ok until someone from the stuff approached me during breakfast raising her voice (almost screaming) telling me that breakfast was not included (it was) and that I should go to reception. I left in the middle of my breakfast y confirmed that it was included with reception. Nobody apologised ..."

"There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside."
