"The Cottage is a perfect choice if you want clean, quiet, and private accommodations that are walking distance to the Sudbury shops, to the meadows, and to public transportation. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils and has a peaceful view of the garden and the meadows beyond. "We recently rented three homes in England - They were all very, very, good. Even with this tough competition, the Mac Shack stood out as an absolutely wonderful stay. From the friendly, helpful, host and hostess and their beautiful, very comfortable home, I cannot imagine a better rental. "The property was really beautiful and everything we needed had been supplied for us. The tent was clean, cute and had such a fun vibe. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were so fun and made it feel more like camping! All instructions were super clear and it made for a really easy trip. Charlie was really quick to reply to all messages which made the trip easy and worry-free! My only feedback is that there were stinging nettles around the hot tub steps! Thank you so much for letting us stay there...

"Oh yes,all excellent.We enjoyed Christmas,complete with tree and twinkly lights provided in this lovely town cottage.Well equipped and really clean,comfortable and cosy and car parked right by the house. The road I right in the town and yet so quiet! Nearby are the lovely water meadows and Croft for country walks so hardly used the car as all accessible on foot.pleasure to enjoy strolling around the town after dark to see the Christmas lights as it was safe and comfortable…and it didn’t...

"The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.
There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private.
It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. "

"Wonderfully rustic property in a brilliant location. Hosts were gracious and welcoming and made sure we were settled. Local White Horse pub (minutes away, walkable if you're feeling energetic) is a must for their housemade pizza and in-house brewery. Great weekend getaway ... highly recommended."
