"This house has been beautifully remodeled, is nicely decorated and well supplied. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We entertained a few other family members for a birthday party and using the fenced in backyard and outside grill was really nice for this. Our group enjoyed the corn hole game in the back yard! Being dog friendly was also very nice. I highly recommend this home and Host! "

"First i want to say the house was spacious enough for all of us. The house was not very clean and the vents must've been dirty because we all got sick with colds and congestion the next day. The fenced in backyard is basically jst the pool and a little space for the grill. We could not go out there because of the way the pool is covered and not blocked off so the kids or even adults may have fallen on the tarp which had previous holes and fallen in the pool which still had water in it. "Our stay was good. Everything that was needed was there. The house is rustic and dark, having a total of two windows in one of the rooms. The biggest negative was not having control of the AC/heater. The instructions said to keep the thermostat at certain temperatures. There was no thermostat. We inquired about it, and were told that they would adjust to our satisfaction via remote. It got hot during the night. No way that I’m waking somebody up. This should be rethought. "We were in Edwardsville for a wedding and this was a very fun place to stay! Super great location, we were able to walk most places. The house was very clean and had lots of character. Also, had lots of space for us to all be able to hang out and catchup. We even had a welcome binder with the answer to any questions we may have or detail we may need. Seems like the hosts tried to think of it all. The perfect place to stay for the weekend!!"
