Overall it was a decent place to stay for a weekend. Summerland is a nice quiet community close to Santa Barbara and Carpinteria."

"Highly recommend this place. The space was used efficiently, it was very clean, and had the eco/sustainable amenities needed for a great stay. When needing to contact the ‘front desk’ via text, they were responsive within a few minutes or less. Would def recommend this place and will plan on coming back when the times comes. "

"My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. "Hi! we booked for six but had just four. The listing said 3 beds and 3 baths. But the house had only 2 baths which made it tighter than expected, so I'm super glad there were 2 less people. The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. If the 3rd bath was in the extra $ trailer in back, it was not clear. otherwise, a nice place, albeit tiny. Thank you! "

"Very comfortable home and fabulous view. We were a little alarmed when we arrived and just saw a dirt/gravel driveway and no house!. We found it with no problem and there was plenty of parking. We also loved being able to have our dogs with us. It was a great location for a family wedding with many events taking place downtown."

"Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!"

"For our little family of 3, (2 adults and 7 yo) the space fit us just fine. It was conveniently located to restaurants, a beach and a few playgrounds we could walk to. Which was helpful since we had taken the train down from SLO and were on foot! Would have liked a broom or vacuum for sand clean up and dish towel would have been nice.
