"Very nice stay in Fayetteville. Great area to visit. Fayetteville is also a great mid point for daytrips to other areas like Eureka Springs. The townhouse was exactly as described and had evwrything we needed. There was some highway noise that might affect very light sleepers, but we were fine. "Had a very pleasant anniversary stay at this camper! Was a lot more spacious than I thought from the pictures which was a bonus. The host was accommodating above & beyond. Location was perfect, less than 30 mins from the state park & mountains. Also close enough to Bentonville & Bella Vista to visit family! Would stay again."

"It was a awesome cabin but Behind the dresser thing that held the micowave and the ice machine was very dirty. It had not been cleaned in a while. I would not have known but the mircowave quit and i had to pull the dresser out and turn the thing that had all of the plugins on it back on."

"We had an amazing stay at this lovely property! The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and made preparing meals easy. The comfy living room was perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. The hot tub was great too! The location was ideal - just a short drive to the university. Our host was wonderful and responsive and provided clear instructions before our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone lookin for a comfortable place to stay. We will be back!"

"The property was comfortable and clean, and the location was great. We enjoyed being close to the university, walking trails, and plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. We had our dog with us, and she loved exploring the large backyard, so we were all quite happy with our stay. Also, the property owner was very nice to work with - very accommodating and communicative. "

"The kids really had fun in the large yard with playground equipment and everyone enjoyed pool along with covered sitting areas. The guest house offered privacy for those who stayed on that side and there was a great room for the kids to sleep and play at the main house. As for some negatives, the landscaping needed attention, couldn’t get most of battery powered kids cars to work, garage area needed cleaning and downstairs of main house can get pretty noisy if people are in loft area plus...
