Comfortable House
Comfortable house for groups. If you want to use the hot tub facility make sure you tell them ahead of your stay or you’ll be out of luck. As far as kitchen things go, they are missing hot pads and measuring cups things of that sort. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Comfortable home and would recommend. The guy that looks over the home is suer friendly and responsive

Loved it
We have stayed here as a group of 10, 4 times. It is a great location with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of extra bedding, plenty of beds, kitchen is well stocked, very clean. Perfect for our weekend in Sun Valley.

Well priced
Kitchen was under stocked. This was the biggest issue. Rooms are smaller than they appear online but we all still felt comfortable in space. Great layout. Great location. Guest bedrooms are drafty. All in all we were happy woth the property and price.

Perfect location!
We had 8 adults on a ski trip. It was close to the resort and town. The house was perfect size for all 8 of us. It was very clean. We will defiantly be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Quiet & Peaceful
Great house with tons of room for adults and dogs- deck on back was nice to sit out in am and in evenings. Plenty of space and beds, beds are comfortable! Quiet neighborhood to walk dogs and go for walk/runs. Would definitely stay again!

Hot tub was dirty and host was contacted but did not follow up or clean hot tub so it was unusable, also heat to rooms did not work. otherwise we loved our stay.

Ski Trip Sun Valley
Very cozy home and each of the 4 couples had enough space to enjoy their own quiet time. Fireplace room was a hit!! And hot tub was very nice after skiing. Location was the perfect distance from town and ski area. Would stay here again:)

House was beautiful, had a few issues but nothing to serious. Hot tub quit and kept tripping the breaker after some guys came and performed maintenance on the house.

Awesome house in Elkhorn neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay immensely! Clean and cozy but roomy and plenty of room for entertaining and different activities in the same house. It was a short stay for us, but we would definitely like to come back and stay longer next time! The door from the living room to the back patio would not open and the sliding door from the master bedroom to the bathroom was extremely hard to open and close. These were minor issues though, so overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Wedding party
Our daughter and her fiancé got married in Sun Valley. This property was ideal for family and friends coming to the wedding. Room location gave privacy and space for everyone. Hot tub, patio, bikes, walks through neighborhood, and large kitchen made it great for games, conversation, one on one time as well as group time. Next time we’ll bring our dog! Beautiful property!

Cozy Sun Valley Vibes big enough for the whole family!
This was a great place for the family to stay and relax. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet it feels secluded. The place is big and the areas of the house are separated enough so that those who'd like to relax, can do so while others can hang out. The house is close to a gorgeous bike path too!

Older Elkhorn Property in Excellent Location
The property was the right size and location for our group of 7 “Senior Citizens.” Given the asking price, there were several small issues with the 102 Mayleaf property that need to be addressed by the property owners: 1. The central heating in the living room seemed to stay at a constant temperature no matter how low we turned the thermostat. (If we missed something in the “Home Instructuons,” the instructions need to be simplified and/or clarified for us “Seniors.”) 2. The lock on the dining room door to the deck needs to be replaced or lubricated. (It was difficult to lock at night.) 3. The gas BBQ grill on the deck doesn’t work. (The burners are clogged with burnt grease dripping.) 4. The hot tub “lift-up” cover is broken. (It took two adult men to remove and replace the cover when ever we wanted to use the hot tub.) 5. There is a water leak in the laundry room due to heavy snow accumulation on the roof. (Fabian did a great job of getting the snow shoveled from the roof by the time our group arrived. The leak was not noticeable during our stay.) 6. The driveway, front steps, ramp and deck were snow-packed. This is understandable given the heavy snow year, but the driveway and front steps were treacherous. In general, the home was cozy, comfortable and convenient. It is just a bit over-priced given the age and amenities. Kudos to Fabian and his team for making sure the hot tub was clean and operational for our 3-night stay. We would definitely rent an Encore VRBO property again.👍🏻😊🙏🏻

Luxury Vacation Home
We spent a few days here on a Sun Valley ski trip and it was an amazing property to come back to after a day on the slopes. It’s close to the center of town and the resort and has all the amenities to feel right at home. The hot tub was absolutely a plus to rest our sore muscles!

Wedding weekend
We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding. There was plenty of room for the kids, games, space to get ready, and room to sit and relax as a family. The surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous as well, we ended up taking photos down the road. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing family vacation
Our family's first visit to Sun Valley and we loved every minute. The home is in a beautiful area and very close to Ketchum, hiking trails, etc. The layout of the home provided our group of 10 with plenty of room. The deck and hot tub were a bit hit with our kids. Well-supplied kitchen cookware and related items. Our Guest Services Contact - Fabian - was very responsive and a huge help.
