The house is a three minute drive to Mt Sunapee. The owners were attentive and even accommodated a slightly late check out for a car that had to be towed. "Our family of 12 enjoyed a fantastic ski vacation at Harbour House. The property was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The dining room table was perfect for sharing meals and playing games together, while the ample space allowed everyone to spread out when needed. "Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "

"This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!"
