"We had a wonderful stay at this quaint property close to Duluth and other activities. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was decorated nicely for the holidays and had everything we needed. The garage included a bonus fun area for hanging out. Loved being close to the harbor and sailboats, yet feeling like no one was around. We loved it and would definitely stay again!"

"I've been going to the Earth Rider tap room (Cedar Lounge) for years and always wished I could stay close. Well, there it is, right upstairs. The apartment was very spacious, as clean as in the pictures, and the tap room staff downstairs were friendly and easy to talk about the apartment (and beer of course). "This was the perfect location for a large group to relax and welcome in 2025. We enjoyed hiking to the shore, games, and enough space for all of us to gather around the fire. "Duluth is cold in January... duh!! This place was cozy for sure. It's location is absolutely the best, but in January we weren't outside much. We came to Duluth for a wedding and had several individual needs and a large group (6 adults and two dogs). This place was perfect and allowed for us all to have our own space. Bill was available for all questions too. Games on-site and that helped to make a fabulous weekend."

"My son and I came to Superior for a high school bowling league. We had a different hotel last time we came but this one was a little cheaper this time so we gave it a shot.
