Great place to stay
This was a family trip with different family members in and out of the house at different times. The house was perfect for this. The balconies off of the upstairs bedrooms were loved by all who were in those rooms. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed to cook and the eating area accommodated us all. We loved having access to bikes to ride and games/puzzles to enjoy anytime. I noticed that there were very few public beach access areas on the island but thankfully there was one within a short walking distance to the house, definitely a big plus. One of the favorites of everyone was watching the deer out back early morning and/or early evening. I communicated several times (before arriving at the house) with the owners and they always responded in a timely manner. I have no reservations about rating this as a great place to stay!!!

Great stay!
We had a very nice stay with several friends. It was easy to get in touch with the hosts, the location was very close to the beach, and the property had many extra amenities that I did not see on many other listings. There was some mold to be seen around the ceilings and dust on the vents, and we had to go purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels after the first day, but ultimately we would stay again!

Close to beach - 3-4 minute walk from public access. Several chairs and beach items in the garage as well as bikes that can be used during the stay. It was great to not have to bring all of those items with you from home.

Comfortable cottage close to the beach
We had a lovely stay at Coastal Distancing. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect for our family of five and my parents who stayed with us for half of the week. It was easy to walk to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. My kids enjoyed riding the bicycles provided. The grill, air conditioning, and washer/ dryer all worked without issue. The decor was pleasant and cheerful and we loved sitting out on the 3 decks to enjoy Holden Beach!

Great Family Vacay Spot!
Everything was as expected. Kitchen was well stocked. Game area and the bikes were a great bonus. We appreciated having several options for sitting outside, as well. Owner was very responsive to requests and concerns.

Great stocked house
The house had not been cleaned when we arrived but owner was quick to fix the problem. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Great distance from beach and house was stocked with darts, ping pong, spike ball, games, bikes.

A lovely, peaceful house near the beach!
We really enjoyed staying at Costal Distancing! The house is in a great location and provided everything we needed as a family of five! Sitting on the back deck was lovely in the early morning hours with a cup of coffee and my kiddos loved playing darts in the garage. The walk to the beach was quick and safe! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Holden Beach.

Holden beach trip
Great location close to the beach. We appreciated the extra amenities like the beach chairs and bikes. We enjoyed being able to bike to diner. It was nice having seating on the front and back porches. It was our first trip to Holden beach but we would stay here again.

Only two comments
Loved the location, easy access to beach and restaurants. Did not like when we arrived there wasn’t a stitch of toilet paper in either bathroom. My friend stayed upstairs and she said there is black mold in bathroom above the tub. Scary. Thank you for all the accessories in the garage, very helpful.

Great Week and great accommodations
My family has been visiting Holden Beach for over 30 years now. As our family has increased now with 2 son in laws and 2 grandchildren we still enjoy the family atmosphere of Holden. Coastal Distancing was a very good place and the Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and it was excellent quality stuff that you weren't afraid to use. At one or two places we actually bought something to feel safe. Everything was as presented in the listing and it was only a short walk to the beach. Thanks for the week and we would stay here again

Wonderful Stay!!!
Coastal Distancing was wonderful! Just a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! We loved the convenience of having the refrigerator in the garage for packing up for a beach day. All of the kitchen appliances and utensils were top notch, and they had such a nice variety of games. The Smart TV was a plus, and the internet was stable. Coastal Distancing is a great choice---stop reading and book it! You'll be happy you did!!

Best beach house in Holden
We had a magnificent week in this lovely property. From the proximity to the beach, to the well stocked kitchen, to the comfy beds, everything about Coastal Distancing was just perfect. The kids enjoyed the beach toys, ping pong, bikes of all sizes, and the TVs. We adults loved the great cookware, and evening breezes on the deck with cocktails. Hosts were very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Family Beach Trip at Coastal Distancing
We LOVED our stay here! The property was all that we hoped for and more. Super clean, lovely beach decor, lots of natural light. We have two little children (3 & 9 mo) and it was the perfect amount of space for us and we brought our Grammy and aunt/uncle along. Kitchen was very well-stocked (even for children), beds are comfortable, showers had shampoo/conditioner/body wash all provided! Kids books in upper bathroom were great and high chair/pack n play also available. Beach is super close and loved that the beach access was a full ramp for our wagons to go over. Property also provided lots of great beach chairs, toys, etc. I bookmarked this place in hopes to stay here again!

Awsome location . Amazing stocked kitchen cooked fresh seafood from dock. We r a cooking family nice to have good knives snd pans !Rode bicylces went to turtle talk and holden beach talk.
