"On positive side it looks recently refurbished… Location is bit far from Duval. As its old house you can hear everything from other rooms and from outside. Our room was very dark. Just 2 yellow lights. A/C was working poorly… They don’t answer your email before your arrival… You need to call when arrive to get instructions to enter. Good that we had US number, if not, roaming charges would be super high. And we arrived around 2 pm… there was no one.. And its full of rules that i firstly had to...

"The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it"
