"Clean and spacious."

"They say don't judge a book by its cover. When we arrived, i was afraid i made a mistake until we climbed the steps and opemed the door to our place. Inside was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked! Beds and couch were comfy and there was enough space for all 6 of us. The location was perfect, given we needed to attend a funeral in the nearby small town of Bicknell. The only drawback was the entrance and stairway into the building smelled like smoke and wasnt very clean. Dont let this...

"Great for night life. Clean and felt very safe. There was a 300 incident fee taken out 2 days before the trip which I was unaware of prior to booking the 450 non refundable weekend. The funds were released back after check out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Lots of communication from the property manager and very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything you need is provided. 10/10 would stay here again. "

"We were in Louisville for a conference and the location couldn’t have been better. Even though it was close to 4th Street live and few doors from a night club, you hardly knew you were in an entertainment area once inside the apartment. Definitely would stay again if the need arises. "
