We wanted to be centrally located for our trip so we could be close enough to all of the places we wanted to visit. "The house and location worked out great for us. Three bedrooms with a great layout overall. I loved the kitchen and living room area with tons of windows and views. The sauna was great, and we used it each day. The location was optimal for our short stay, only 3 nights, to get to see the Golden Circle and Southern Coast trip well. The home's location is convenient while peaceful. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a tub and shower, and 1 1/2 bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."

"Our stay was super relaxing. The home was actually better than expected. And communication with the host was quick and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever. The little town was great. Had some nice options for dinner. We really used the home as base camp as we explored as many areas within Iceland that our brief time allowed.
