"Best possible stay. Most condos in the area are corporate run, but Hunt is local and even came by himself to fix a door that was off its hinges before our check in. He also let us check in early. This was amazing and we hope to be back!"

"This was the perfect Beach rental for our family. We loved all the amenities included with the house. The beds were really comfortable. Our kids took advantage of the pool every day we were there. Beach access was really close to the house. We were able to bike to the heart of surf city. The screened in porch was also really nice. I highly recommend this place."

"We had an amazing stay. This property is in the best location. Close/walking distance to everything including shops and many restaurants. The property is steps away from the beach and the pool was perfect. Our kids loved being able to swim at night! Ted was a great host and communicated very well with us before and during our stay. "Finding the rental,parking and getting into the unit was super simple and well explained. We enjoyed being on the third floor because the view of the ocean was a nice bonus. The building was quiet and all the other guests were friendly and quiet. The kitchen had most of the basics but we didn't intend to do a lot of cooking. The blender was a nice touch but we could have used a vegetable steamer. We really enjoyed the location! It was so easy to walk to the beach with our gear and even go...
