The home was adequate
Overall, the house had what we needed. Upon arrival, we could not get in the front door. After several attempts with Vacasa on the phone, we were able to enter using the key from the lock box. The house had dog hair in the floor. The kitchen definitely needed a deep clean in the cabinets. There is only one full bath downstairs and there are two bedrooms. Only full bath is in the master. The pool was a bonus. However, there were lots of leaves and floating stuff from the trees everyday. Our dog never barked. However, once the dogs next door realized we had a dog (saw each other at the corner of the fence near the water), they went crazy barking and jumping up on the privacy fence to the point we thought they might knock it down. Very disturbing. The rusted gas grill was not useable. Other than those things, we had no issues.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I had multiple texts and phone calls with VACASA about the upstairs AC did not work and the downstairs was freezing. The rules for the house was that owners control the NEST thermostats and cannot be changed unless your contact them to do it. From the first hour we were there thru all 4 days and nights I was in constant contact with the Vacasa contacts and all I got was we are sorry and we are working on it. Then I was told the local management team would contact me by phone and come to the house. NEVER HAPPENED. The upstars thermostat was set to heat and the upstairs was 85 degrees. The four people staying upstairs was very unhappy and the downstairs people had to close vents and buy extra blankets to be able to sleep at night

Pick a different property
These pictures are very deceptive. Property is outdated and worn down. All the money they charged should be going towards upkeep and upgrading but clearly they don’t care about that. Curtains were stained. King size bedframe is peeling. Carpet is filthy. The toilet tank is TAPED instead of fixed. Found hair and stains on the queen size sheets. Steps inside were broken and could’ve caused serious injury! The grill was filthy and rusted and we planned around using it. We reached out and they brought US a brush to clean it. Absolutely not. There was a terrible smell from the trash that the previous guest left. We arrived to trash bins overflowing and had to place our trash on the ground. Would not recommend this property unless you plan on sleeping in the pool.

The pictures must have been posted years ago because the house does not look like that today. So many things wrong and mgmt company horrible to work with. Hard time accessing and opening front door No information regarding parking and recreation passes Light out over dining room table Ice machine is not working Sunday night/Monday morning table and umbrella was in the pool Front porch sofa blown off Tv in living and joanie bedroom not connected to internet when it actually is Water damage on the wood floors in the living room and kitchen cabinets In front of the sink a piece of modeling is missing and nails are sticking out No pool towels in the cabinet that says pools towels Dryer taking forever to dry Cleaning like complete dust behind the bathroom door Dishes are a little scary and we wash what we use. Bathroom door upstairs does not shut/close nor lock Trash can outside was already filled when we arrived Light over stove does not work Upstairs bedroom (queen) is extremely used No support and extremely noisy Upstairs bedroom (queen) tv has dvd player but no outlet to plug it into or no cable to connect to the tv Upstairs bedroom (queen) comforter has a rip in it. Bedroom (full) curtain has many stains on it.

Nice affordable family stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Nice neighborhood. Nice price. Loved the pool. Very clean and great outdoor space! We used the grill and had great family time. The living room was very comfortable and homey. But, there were a couple things we wish we had known before we booked. First, while there are two showers (one upstairs and one downstairs), you are only allowed to use the upstairs one and not the shower in the master bedroom downstairs…only the bath downstairs is allowed to be used. So this made it very difficult for our elderly parents as they don’t take baths and the stairs were difficult for them. The second thing we wish we knew before booking was that the air conditioning would be locked in at 72 degrees and we would have no control over this. This means even at night when it cools down outside…the heat will come on to maintain the 72 degrees and nearly all of us had difficulty sleeping. We were also unable to find respite by opening up the windows in doors as there are no screens and windows labeled “do not open window”. The manual for the house also warns not to open the doors as the AC will be shut off. Our group was mostly happy as most rooms had fans except for the yellow room which has no fan and no air flow so we ended up sleeping in the living room on the couches instead because there was a fan in there. We really enjoyed this house except for the two things mentioned.

CCU Graduation Weekend Getaway
The fenced front and back yard were great for our two small dogs and the pool was very nice, too. The eating area easily accommodated our group. While a bit dated the house was quite comfortable for everyone. We ran out of hot water a few times. Some of the dishes needed to be washed before using and some of the furniture was a bit dusty. The provided address doesn’t come up on Google Maps so you'll need to use Drive instead of Run for GPS. The house is located well to drive to CCU and the Myrtle Beach attractions. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great vacation home!
We loved everything about the property! Easy check in and out. The beds were amazing. Plenty of bedding and towels. The pool was the best feature and the back yard a close second. The fire pits added much to the stay. We LOVED it! We will definitely be back!
