"Little chilly this time of year but space heaters did the trick. Cozy, rustic little cabin in the woods. We were quite comfortable and the location worked well for us. Liked the windows in the LR and charm/history of the place."

"The home is a classic, Maine home with a large wraparound porch that overlooks the bay. We had several sunny mornings we watched the sunrise over the bay, just beautiful! The house was well equipped with the amenities you need for your stay. It was such a quiet & peaceful place. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! "
