"Easy to access house. We only stayed in the main part of the house and it was rainy season. So cooler and the AC in the bedrooms was very needed still. We had a slight issue with on demand water heater in main house shower but went over to the guest house to shower the kids. Pool was perfect. There is a packn play and high chair for the younger kids. We rented surf boards from Brett’s Surfboards down the road. "

"The house is perfect, the views are perfect, Alex and his team were perfect! The house pics do not due the "views" justice, they are better IRL. The beach was fantastic (about a 10 min walk...a bit uphill on the way back). Alex set up several day trips and chef nights for us...extremely seamless! The area of Manuel Antonio was amazing. We will be coming back."

"Awesome place, everything everyone says is true. Just beware as others have said, the road to the villa is straight up with sharp turns. Some tours will not come up to the villa.You have to meet them at the main road. Maria helped us with our first tour and my husband slipped walking down. Amazing villa and view!! "We had a short trip to Costa Rica, but loved every minute in the house. It is a beautiful property with many different balocnies and decks. It has a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind when reserving. We had monkeys around the house every day and a raccoon that visited regularly. The scarlet macaws were amazing as well. The staff was fantastic! Cesar prepared amazing meals for breakfast and dinner. We loved everything he made. Overall, we cannot recommend this property enough!"

"We booked this house for our 4 Sons and their families to join us for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our group!
