"The lodge was amazing, everything you could possibly need and more. Great quality furniture and fittings. Extremely clean and a sumptuous king bed. Very comfortable lodge. The walks around the reserve were great, loved the chickens, very cheeky! Will definitely be going back it’s a great relaxing hideaway. Thank you Barbara and Luke."

"What a little gem barn cottage is ..hot tub fantastic extra ..Ian was a brilliant the little extras sweets for granddaughter wine for us and the flowers ment alot and the rest .will definitely be back..even Bailey the dog had fun..5stars plus .pauline n family"

"We booked for the weekend with family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. On arrival, we were amazed at the beautiful house and were very impressed with the high spec furnishings and sizes of the rooms. The bedrooms were so spacious and the quality again was excellent with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean as was the whole house. We all had an amazing stay and will certainly be booking again"

"quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere "

"Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog. The place itself is just gorgeous, with free roaming chickens etc that you can feed. The stay in the coop was perfect - it was so peaceful and homely. "We have an annual mum and daughters, plus dogs, getaway every year, but usually in the Spring, so choosing Norfolk in November, would be a little different, but this time we had my 4 year old granddaughter with us. I chose this particular stay as we wanted somewhere that wasn't too far from anything, but also being near to a beach, which is great for dogs and kids, regardless of the weather and that is exactly what we got. Blue Boat cottage itself was the perfect place to stay. Cosy and clean...
