"Hotellet var fint, dog virkede det varme vand ikke - så det var ikke muligt at komme i bad, ærgerligt at man skal betale fuld pris for noget man ikke kan bruge fuldt ud. Sagde det til receptionen som ikke var særlig imødekommende - virkede irriteret over at gæsterne brokkede sig."
