"House was as advertised. Did get to read through some of the others comments that stayed and you are aware of the shower pressure already. Maybe a few of them need replacing. The big take away for me is pots and pans in the house need updating and had to keep adjusting thermostat to stay comfortable. On the positive side the house was very clean and smelled good on arrival. "

"The property was a great fit for our extended family. Great location with easy beach access. Large enough to accommodate those adults who needed to "work" a few hours without interruption. The pool was a bonus and enjoyed by all. The home was well supplied with beach chars, shibumi, pool chairs, floats and pool noodles. Kitchen was clean, well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc. and second refrigerator was helpful. Beds were comfortable and overall home was clean. Hosts were accommodating and...

"If you’re going to Topsail, I highly recommend staying here. Everything was super clean, response time for communication was quick and very accommodating, and the access to the beach was very close. The home even has an elevator which was so convenient for carrying bags and groceries up. The hot tubs and pool were a perk too and also very clean. Very well managed property."

"This condo is very nice, kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Communication with the host was awesome. Contacted them about no iron and a brand new one of was delivered in less than 1/2 hour. We plan on returning as the resort is very nice."
