"Great property, beautiful surroundings and great accommodations. Very prompt response from hosts if needed. Kitchen fully equipped which we utilized. It’s listed for 2 people ideally, but we had four and had to use the pull out couch which could maybe use a new mattress or at least a good vacuuming) but was fine for our two night stay. The immediate surroundings are beautiful and the berries on site are edible and delicious. The outdoor space serene. We loved it!!"

One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. "I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!"

"We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again."
