"Very unique farm house experience complete with goats chickens wild flowers bird feeders the host gave us homade applesauce and some Ben and Jerry’s ice cream She had some good suggestions for things to do in the area There is a river across the road and we were able to watch the Crew team from a local school row There were kayaks available as well The only negative was the TV would drop its streaming randomly. "The Coastal Unit is comfortable and well-appointed. There are great views of Crab Island and Cumberland Bay from the coastal unit - particularly from the balcony. There are different great views of Lake Champlain from the shore area. Quiet and peaceful, with occasional distant train whistles (but not at all disturbing). The host family was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in providing a good experience. We very much enjoyed our stay at the LoZa House Coastal Unit. "

I especially appreciated the nice thoughtful touches in the bathroom (Complementary makeup remover wipes, Q-tips, cotton pad, shampoo/conditioner etc). Bed was very comfy. Check in was easy.
