Great location
Great base to explore Sydney from. Easy access to the ferry network and buses to Sydney central. Comfortable beds and great views. The kitchen needs to be better stocked to suit the number of guests able to be accommodated. Even though there is a dishwasher available, we had to wash dishes so we had enough for the next meal. More cutlery and crockery (including glasses) are required for a comfortable stay - otherwise it is suggested you bring your own. Fry pan provided but no egg flip. Very limited cooking utensils but full kitchen so you can't really make good use of it. Only plastic wine glasses. Wouldn't take much to make this exceptional accommodation. Overall great location though.

The property description is accurate and fair. There are lovely views over to Barangaroo and the entrance to Darling Harbour. All appliances worked and bed was very comfortable. A few minor maintenance issues. Be prepared for party boats cruising up and down outside late into Friday evening - just added to the city ambience.

We recommend that someone goes through the unit and does a few minor repairs. e.g. wardrobe doors, toilet door handle, security bolt on sliding patio door and a piece of flooring needs tapping down to save one tripping on it. The view from the main bedroom and the patio was fantastic and well worth the money. The communication was quick and very good.

Fabulous location, but not flash digs
The location & views from the master bedroom/living space of this unit was fabulous... close to the cafe strip, ferry, the waterfront. However the accommodation is very tired - for example the toilet door didn't close, shower leaked water badly, very cramped second bedroom for two teenagers, light fittings hanging on by a thread, glass coffee table broken, kitchen supplies not very well fitted out. But there were no nasty smells!!

Old building but exceptional landscape
I stayed in this unit for 5 days. The building was very old but had a great view of the city and harbour. The unit was clean overall, although there were not enough cleaning products such as hand wash liquid. Windows don't have fly screens, so be prepared to see insects jumping inside. We rented a car, and the unit car park was a blessing.

The view was great
The apartment was not clean and there was mold on the window blinds in the bedrooms and around the shower and the windows in the bathroom. A leg fell off the couch and the electricity kept tripping the outlet breaker when running the space heaters which was the only heat. The neighborhood was awesome, proximity to the ferry and the view of downtown across the harbor but the apartment itself needs a lot of attention….

Location amazing, million dollar views, very noisy around apartments,
Brilliant location, amazing views, very noisy around surrounding apartments and works around the area, great apartment with all amenities, although to add a finer touch to experience would be nice to have more towels and the coffee box filled in a fashion that looks enticing versus messy and old looking. But the apartment itself is lovely a little on the worn side carpets etc. But can't complain as it's view is amazing and it's spacious enough for your needs. Would stay again

Fabulous location and views
We loved staying in Balmain as it has a village atmosphere. It is also easy to use the ferries and buses. There is a very steep path up onto Darling St but that's typical of Sydney. I only marked down slightly for cleanliness not because it felt dirty as such but the building is old and a little tired and things like the windows and paintwork make it look tatty. It wouldn't prevent us staying again or recommending it.

overall very nice. lovely location
Beds were comfy Hot water cuts out after 5 mins, so not enough time to wash hair. No champagne glasses Car park was difficult to drive out of. I had to put the foot down to gain enough momentum to drive out.

Million dollar view
Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Clean, great view, quiet and the floor plan well laid out. We had a problem with the WiFi the first day, but it appears to have been with the local provider. Everything else made for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Location
Fantastic location, good size living area and beautiful view of the city (especially at night) from the main bedroom and small but well positioned veranda. Second bedroom is small (as seen in photos) but perfect for our two girls 9,6. The property is a little tired in places and some appliances could do with an update. We seemed to have luke warm showers every day due to hot water running out and the plug in the sink in kitchen doesn’t work - minor things for the price, location and size of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was a little tired including all the furnishings but in the most amazing spot and perfect for a quick dip. Take your own laundry powder as I think the stuff provided is not great quality and clothes came out feeling like cardboard.

Amazing place to stay
We were extremely lucky that we could spend there three nights. Lovely, big livingroom, a balcony, a kitchen with tea bags. If uou need to wash, thete is a washingmachine and a tumble dryer. Normal size bathroom, separate toilet, which was great as there were four of us. Comfy beds. Great location, the ferry is only 5 min's walk. It is much quicker than the bus. On Sundays the fare for all means of transport is only AUD 2,80. Stunning view from both the balcony and the bedroom. The grocery shop, restaurants and pubs are very close.
