Das Ferienhaus liegt schön nahe am Strand und punktet mit einem großen Grundstück sowie einem Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Leider ist das Haus insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig – insbesondere das Bad (Dusche), der Putz im Wohnzimmer und die Küchenausstattung könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen. Auch der Poolzugang und die nicht richtig schließende Terrassentür trüben den Gesamteindruck etwas. Für den Zustand ist der Preis eher hoch. Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten.

A great family villa. Lively hosts, Enzo was very helpful with any queries and Sebastian brought us some lovely fruit and pastries a couple of times. Well equipt villa with all required, kitchen facilities were good, plenty of towels for all. The bathing facilities could be improved ( showers). Pool area was nice and great to have tennis court. Easy to get around with car and Enzo gave us good recommendations for visits and eating out. Several good supermarkets 10/15 mins away. Highly recommend this villa and area.

Beautiful Villa inside and out, spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, large, private spaces outside. The pool and tennis court were great fun. The beach was stunning and only a few minutes walk away. We found some good restaurants by the sea 10/15 minute walk away. (specifically La Fornace and Onda Blue Isola). 15 minute drive into Ortigia. The host and owner were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We loved it so much we hope to return!

Sehr großes Grundstück mit wirklich großem Haus, riesen Pool und Tennisplatz. Wie erwartet etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch wie überall im Süden. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen angemessen.Lage gut, 3 Strände und 4 Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar - ansonsten viele schöne Strände innerhalb von 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Ein herzliches Dankenschön an Sebastiano und Enzo (spricht deutsch) für die ständige Erreichbarkeit für Fragen und die Tips die uns via WhatsApp gesendet wurden.Toll war auch, dass am Anreisetag der Kühlschrank schon mit dem notwendigsten gefüllt war, sodass wir keinen Stress hatten.Ebenfalls gab es vom Eigentümer wenn er alle 2 Tage zum Pool sauber machen kam frische Croisants und Donuts, einmal gab es auch eine Art „Slushis“ - lecker…Viele Grüße

Ein toller Aufenthalt, Haus jedoch renovierungsbedürftig

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super, 10 Minuten zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 15 min nach Syrakus. Auch ein toller Bäcker ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt einige Strände in der Nähe, einer davon zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen, was wir sehr toll fanden. Das Grundstück mit Tennisplatz und Pool ist ebenfalls besonders. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren super, was bei den Temperaturen wichtig ist. 3 freundliche Katzen haben uns täglich besucht. Sebastiano und Vincenzo waren überaus freundlich! Jedoch ist das Haus ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen: Putz bröckelt von der Wand, Risse sind im Haus in den Wänden und an den Decken zu sehen, die Badezimmer insbesondere die Duschen sind mittlerweile in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Hier könnte man angesichts des hohen Preises, der verlangt wird, mal renovieren und modernisieren. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, aber nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen. Nach unserem Aufenthalt von 11 Tagen sind all unsere weißen Badehosen und Bikinis durch den Pool nun grün. Leider gab es auch keine Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool. Man sollte sich zudem darauf einstellen, von Mücken zerfressen zu werden. Wer Wert auf ein modernes Haus legt, wird hier also enttäuscht sein. Da wir aber sowieso unsere Zeit draußen verbracht und nur zum Duschen und Schlafen ins Haus gegangen sind, waren wir insgesamt glücklich.

Great location. Great place for family. The owner was very generous, he brought us croissants twice while we were there. The kitchen was stocked with essentials upon our arrival. Loved the pool and outdoor living space. Would definitely stay there again. Special thanks to Enzo for the hospitality and amazing communication!

Siciliaanse sfeer.

Op een groot terrein staat een middelgroot huis. De ruime veranda met eettafel en zithoek, een groot zwembad met ligbedden, de tennisbaan en de mooi aangelegde tuin met veel bloeiende planten, je leeft de hele dag buiten.Binnen is de ruimte wat kleiner maar voldoende voor zes mensen. Alles is aanwezig al ik de keuken en het sanitair wat verouderd. Maar dat heeft ons niet gestoord.Ontvangst door Enzo was geweldig, er was al een guime voorraad drinken en eten aanwezig om zodat we niet gelijk naar de supermarkt moesten. Voldoende restaurantjes aanwezig in de buurt, maar een auto wel nodig. Loop een keer de wandeling bij Fonte Ciane, zie websie Komoot! Binnen is

Tolles Grundstück, schönes Haus, für jeden etwas dabei

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großzügiges Haus, riesiges Grundstück, toller Pool und Tennisplatz. Fußläufiger kleiner Strand, tolle Anbindung an Syrakus, Noto, Cava Grande etc. Platz für Erholung und Action. Bei Ankuft und zwischenzeitlich gab es immer wieder leckere Überraschungen des Besitzers. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great Villa but hidden cost lets it down

On its own the villa is amazing. The outside space is lovely. The pool, tennis and patio area were all even better than the pictures. The villa itself is fine. You will realy only be in it to sleep. Area wise its a bit scrappy. The beaches within walking distance although perfectly fine are small and half taken up by private hotels. There are some restaurants within walking distance and the pizza restaurant around the bay is great. The supermarket is about 10-15 mins in the car, as is Syracuse. Its an easy drive. There isnt really anything in walking distance. The nearest place is a 25 min walk, which is along a road with no pavement, so i wouldnt recommend this villa if you do not have a car. Enzo who manages the relationship is very helpful and provides lot of information. There was also some food provided which was great as our flight was delayed, and we couldnt getvto the super market. So really I cannot fault the place. However...i was pretty upset to find with 2 days before check in, that electricity is being asked as an extra. at 40 cents a unit its not cheap either. For one week this added 80 EURO to the bill. Too be honest I can see why this is done, but I believe it should be on the listing. Vrbo wont do anything about it, so buyer beware.

Belle maison et bien située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette tres belle maison. Remerciements à Vincenzo et Sebastiano pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Excellent emplacement a côté des plages paradisiaques de Minaretto et Pillirina. Et a 20 min du centre historique de Syracuse la belle. On regrette deja notre semaine tellement c'etait bien 🙂

Beautiful Villa and Pool

The Villa is great and is set in the most wonderful garden with a lovely large pool. Check in was smooth and Enzo very helpful. Midweek delivery of croissants was very appreciated especially as the nearest shop is a good 20 min walk and taxis are expensive. The sunset water taxi from the local restaurant to Ortigia was amazing (approx 15€ each) There is a bus stop outside the villa but finding out where it goes wasn’t easy. Several other restaurants nearby and a beautiful beach (with beach bar) with an incredible view.

Gorgeous villa, pool, garden and tennis court

We loved our stay here, all the comforts of home in a wonderful location. The spacious villa had a great pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well as a beautiful beach near Hotel Minaret within easy walking distance and four or five local restaurants. We’d love to stay here again.

Great location and excellent host

This is a fantastic place to stay with some great local beaches and restaurants. Getting shopping and into siracusa probably needs a car. The property has beautiful gardens and is quiet. It could do with some small investment to bring some of the facilities up to date but otherwise a great house with everything you need. Finally the host Enzo and the owner Sebastian are excellent. Enzo is very helpful and has great local knowledge and is there to help if ever you need anything.

Charming villa

We arrived late evening but the charming Enzo met us at the house and explained everything. There were basic provisions provided so we could make ourselves supper and then there was a wonderful bowl of fruit and some honey croissants for breakfast. A few local restaurants had closed for the end of the season but we could still walk to a couple which were good with lovely views across the bay to Ortigia. When Sebastiano came to clean the pool he brought us delicious fresh pastries which was a real treat. A few of the tennis racquets needed restringing but were fine for holiday tennis and the pool and garden are lovely. Lovely holiday!

Lovely villa

Lovely large villa, great pool and gardens. Although semi detached no one lived at the other property so had whole place to ourselves. Lovely beaches nearby. You need a car to travel around, nearest large supermarket is about 10 minute drive.

Tolles Haus mit grossem Garten, Terrasse und Pool

Grosses liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, grosser Garten, grosse sonnige Terrasse, grosser Pool; alles sehr sauber, gewisse Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Badezimmerarmaturen, Duschbrause, aber alles funktionstüchtig). Der Hausverwalter und der Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Probleme wurden schnell behoben! Das Haus liegt auf einem grossen Grundstück, es ist kein Lärm von der Strasse hörbar. Wichtig zu wissen: - in der Nähe des Hauses hat es in Gehdistanz einen kleinen Strand, der aber nur über eine Treppe erreichbar ist, keine weitere Infrastruktur wie Dusche o.ä. am Strand. - der grössere Strand, etwas weiter entfernt, aber immer noch zu Fuss erreichbar, ist leider wegen Steinschlaggefahr gesperrt - alle weiteren Strände nur per Auto erreichbar! - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - auch für Cornetti/Frühstück oder Früchte - nur per Auto erreichbar

Trivsamt boende med pool och tennisbana

Trivsam, rymlig villa med allt som behövs. Pool och tennisbana gjorde vistelsen extra trevlig. Liten strand på gångavstånd. Mycket fin Arenella-strand ca 10 min med bil. Hyrbil krävs för att ta sig runt men det finns en hel del sevärt i närområdet. Siracusa, Neapolis, Noto och Etna är alla värda ett besök.

Great villa, pool and space for your group

We were a group of 5 friends staying in this villa in Sept, so much space and such a beautiful setting! The pool is the perfect space to enjoy the Sicilian sunshine, with shady spots for when it gets too hot! If you can pull yourself away from the amazing pool then you’re walking distance to 3 amazing beaches - the closest having fantastic views of the beautiful sunset. There’s also a couple of restaurants in walking distance, one of which runs a water taxi over to Syracuse and hires boats for the day. Great location if you have a car and want to explore the south of the island, Vincenzo gave us some amazing recommendations as well! Would highly recommend to any group or family.
