In my many, many years of traveling, this was my worst experience of checking into any hotel. The receptionist told me that I had only booked one room for two nights when I had booked two rooms for two nights, although she had the Expedia confirmation in her hand that clarly stated, "Multi Rooms, two nights". She kept insisting that it was one room. It took 45 minutes, (during which time I missed an appointment), and a call to her boss, to finally get my two rooms. I never received an apology or anything, just given the key cards. Also, when talking to her manager in Chinese, which I understand a little, she kept refering to us as "foreigners" instead of guests. I was annoyed about this as she tried to make it our fault as we were foreigners, and kept telling us to call Expedia to sort this out. It was neither Expedia's or our my fault. Very rude. On the plus side, all the other staff I met on reception were very nice and helpful. Overall, it's not a bad hotel with good underground parking, although some of the rooms are a strange shape, (my colleage had a triangular one with a triangular shower and I had a column in mine).
