We had a great visit. The property was clean and had enough beds for everyone.. Every appliance and TV functioned without any issues. Nice cold AC as well.

We stayed here for business and it served it's purpose. The owner is very responsive to messages and check in was very easy. House is in a small quiet neighborhood and slightly dated. Master bedroom has no closet or dresser which we did not see in description and in the living room is one love seat. (which is pictured) luckily only 2 of the 4 of us ended up going. Some areas were still slightly dusty. Each room has 2 beds so if you needed more sleeping space it is there. Overall, the house is in line with the price and not too far from the capitol.

Clean and cozy
Stayed at this home for a football weekend. Plenty of room for 7 men to relax and rest up for a long weekend. Right off the highway and 15 minutes from all college town activities. Great house and great communication from owners. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location
We rented the house to move our daughter into FSU. The location was great…close to FSU and easy access to main roads. The house was clean and beds slept well. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in and check out on app was not available garage door code and opener was not available because last guess took it for bigger family another 🛋 in living room would be a plus add some more trash bags so guscan clean better microwave was missing Glas I side fyi overall was good

It was a easy online process. The house was more then we were expecting. The kitchen was stocked with the main things you will need. The beds were ok. The area was close to the things we came to town for. Will definitely rent again.

The house has been remodeled nicely. I’m sensitive to smells and it’s very heavy on fabreeze or the like. The den was not inviting to sit and visit; a love seat for a house that sleeps 12. It’s a large sleeping home. That should have tipped me off. Overall it was okay.
