Lack of Communication
Property Managment impossible to get a hold of. First, had to call/email several times on the day of to get information on access. Then code did not work. They do not like to communicate on the phone. Then internet did not work. So, no TV at all since they are all Roku TVs. Managment answered the phone once and told us to reset the box. That did not work. Tried to get in touch with them to let them know and they did not respond until we sent 4 or 5 messages and hours later. They said they called Xfinity, I messaged back, when were they scheduled to come and no answer for hours again and only after we sent 3 messages. TVs never fixed. They do not care at all about their customers. Otherwise, they would have been on the phone instead of being made to use the VRBO messenger. One or two 5-10 min phone calls would have saved time, and aggravation on our end. I have never stayed at a VRBO where you cannot get ahold of the owners.

Ants and water leaks
My son woke up with ants in his bed and we left a day early. Requested a one night refund and received no response. The kitchen sink was leaking water all over the cabinet and I had to clean that and another water leak downstairs hallway. Mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. The host apparently does not care .

Far from "luxury"
I was so disappointed with this place that we didn't even stay there. There was a huge hole in the ceiling of the dining room, both curtains by the door were ripped and dirty, the carpets were stained, there were dirty socks under the bed, an eyebrow piercing on the carpet in the other bedroom, mold and some type of cocoon on the inside of the back door, and the bar counter was disgustingly dirty. The pictures I took are very different from what is posted. I could keep listing more things, but I would not recommend staying here.

Christmas in Tallahassee
Came to visit our son & his girlfriend to have our family Christmas. This property was great for our needs, very spacious and homey.

This is not a Luxury Property
The property was advertised as a luxury townhouse and it was far from luxury. Started out with the property manager not setting the correct code for us to get in. We had to wait 30 minutes for her to reset it. The place is carpeted with extremely dated and stained carpeting. The second bathroom shower was difficult to operate and when we contacted the property manager she told us that yes it was difficult but that we should be able to figure it out. Luckily we did figure it out, because the master bath shower leaked through the ceiling onto the dining room table, so we could not use it. So we had 1 small shower for 6 adults and the light was out in the shower so we had to shower in the dark. When we told the property manager about the leak she said she would fix it once we left. Also there was no soap or shower gel in the showers and when we asked about we were told that there was shampoo and conditioner. There was also what appeared to be mold in one of the secondary bedroom closets. You need to do a much better job of vetting the property owners that you allow to provide rentals on your site. I will not use your services in the future.

Great stay in Tallahassee
Stayed at this location for FAMU Homecoming weekend. The house is clean, extremely spacious, conveniently located near the center of town and very close to campus, restaurants, shopping, etc. Had a minor issue with the access code upon arrival. But, I was able to contact the property mgr and it was straightened out in minutes. Overall, it was a great spot for a short weekend stay.

Holy Dirty Stained Carpets!
This is not a “ luxury townhouse as advertised. The downstairs is ok. The kitchen is clean and nice except for two outlets not working in the kitchen. However , upstairs beginning with the stairs and all bedrooms, the carpet is extremely stained. A luxury place would not have extremely stained carpet. Bathrooms were clean and worked well. I was there for parents weekend, so the price was much higher than normal.I asked for a little bit earlier check in or check out. Yvonne denied both saying that someone else was checking in. On vrbo calendar, no one was checking in for 5 days. Terrible customer service from managers. I will not be renting there again.
