"Where do you start. The aircon in the main area took hours to warm, we weren't able to use the fireplace, the property doesn't have the capacity to cope with anywhere near the number of people specified - ran out of water, no hot water, septic system failed after 30 hours. On reporting the issue with the septic system prior to checking out, the Agent, without approval, used our credit card to pay the plumber's account. FINALLY we have been reimbursed by the bank for those funds. Agent was...

When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. "We wanted a property in Newtown, close to our kids. This property was a 10 minute walk to their house and close to all shops and amenities. There was a minor hiccup on our arrival and the owner was amazing. He got onto it straight away, and then followed up to make sure everything was ok. The property had everything we needed. A large living space, and a large bathroom with a bath. We will definitely stay again."
