"Lucio was by far the best host we have ever had, always accessible and full of helpful information. The condo truly had the most awesome views of the coast and sunsets. A large range of restaurants with excellent food and great ambiance were walking distance. The trek back uphill was daunting at the beginning but we quickly got used to it knowing we could always Uber back if we needed to. The condo was clean and well equipped. It is clearly well cared for by its owner."

"The property is very nice and somewhat secluded from the hustle of Tamarindo. But not too far, walking distance to the night market, bars and beach. If I can give one tip. Leave the lock box outside on the gate since it is used for other properties as well. Enjoy your stay here!!"

"We loved the fact that we had plenty of space. We were a party of 4 and all had our own rooms (well, my husband and I shared) and bathrooms which was AMAZING. The smoke detector was beeping all the first night so we called the manager and they sent someone over that took care of it but not the way we would have expected. He took the battery out and said he would have to get another one later. I think that batteries for something like that should be on hand and being without a smoke detector in...
