Paradise
We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The accomodations were very nice. The pool was fantastic. Antonio was tremendous. The location felt very private. Outside of the owners there were no neighbors. We did get to see the howler monkeys one morning from the patio. It is about 25 minutes from Tamarindo, which I was good with, as we were out of the hustle and bustle but coyld get there quickly. Definitely use Antonio's pindrop, as the driveway is steep and hidden.Outside of the accomodations...- Avellanas beach is great. The drive is a bit rustic but so worth it.- L'Estanco, Green Papaya, and Pangas were great restaurants, including service, atmosphere, and food.-Hidden Beaches ATV tour was fun and took us to some geeat locations. -La Leona private hiking tour was a bit crowded but worth it.

Perfect Home for our Family
The home is accurately represented in the photos. Very comfortable for our family. The pool area is outstanding. The mornings are filled with chirping birds, and sometimes the sound of a howler monkey you can spot in the trees off to the right. Also an adult and baby monkey. The location is quiet and away from the crowds from Tamarindo which can be both a plus and a minus. The grounds are pristine and I did yoga and swam laps in the pool in the mornings. We used Alvaro the driver recommended by the property owner and he met all our needs throughout the week plus planned wonderful excursions for us. A rental car would be more convenient but the driver is also a nice option. The driveway is steep so make sure to get a 4x4. The home has everything you need and grocery stores are available plus a very good seafood restaurant across the street or pizza a mile away. We also hired a chef to cook dinner one night which was a nice evening at the home to relax. The chef was also recommended by Antonio.In terms of safety we felt very safe and the property owner is only a house away. We did not have any problems or issues. The pool and home was cleaned every other day. Laundry was also offered. Lastly the house is very well made, all the doors seal well and bugs and other Costa Rica wildlife stayed outside which was a plus for me! There is also ample lighting outside as well. When I book homes a priority for me is a concierge to help with the trip. Antonio was very helpful!

Villa exceptionnelle
La villa est magnifique, moderne, très bien équipée et entretenue, bien située à l'abri du voisinage mais proche de tous les points d'intérêt. La piscine est immense. Antonio et Carmen sont très accueillants, toujours disponibles et de très bon conseil sur les activités à faire et les lieux à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette villa qui offre des prestations de luxe à tous les niveaux.

Amazing Stay with Attentive Hosts and Beautiful Surroundings
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Antonio and his wife, were incredibly attentive to our needs, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were always available to answer any questions and provided wonderful recommendations for local activities. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with every detail carefully thought out. The interior was spotless and nicely decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The exterior was just as impressive, with stunning landscaping that added to the serene and peaceful ambiance. We spent many mornings and evenings just relaxing outside, taking in the lush surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful surprise of seeing 5-6 monkeys, including a couple of adorable babies, visiting the property the day before we left. It was such a unique and special experience that made our time here even more unforgettable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with fantastic hosts and beautiful surroundings. We can’t wait to return!.

The Best Villa in the Area
This is a stunning and wonderful villa! The pool is exceptional, the house is immaculate and the host/owner could not be better. He cares about every detail and has a staff that keeps the property at a 5 star level. We loved everything and strongly recommend Villa St. Barth.

Fabulous Vacation
We are three friendly couples who each had their own ensuite bedroom with fabulous views. Antonio and Carmen made sure our visit was super, and they were always available to help us enjoy the area, their lovely home and have a great adventure. We quickly found the local restaurants and shops and became quite adept at exploring. We swam in the gorgeous infinity pool every day, cooked at home, enjoyed a private chef (Nicola and Elsie) who came in three times and made us gourmet meals fit for royalty, and visited wonderful local restaurants. The time went too fast. We look forward to seeing Antonio and Carmen again and thank them for their great service, cleaning, laundry and happy visits.

Come for the view, stay for the service!
Our stay was exceptional; we had a wonderful time. Antonio was a fantastic host and very responsive to all of our inquiries. The house is everything; the pool and the yard are breathtaking. The incredible thing about the place is it has a housekeeper, gardener, guidebook for excursions, and more. We couldn't get enough of this paradise on Earth!!

We had wonderful time in Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to stay! Antonio was an excellent host! He always went above and beyond to be helpful with any requests before and during our stay! The home was beautiful and clean, we all enjoyed the large pool so much! The town of Tamarindo is a few minutes away. If anything, I wish it would have been a little closer but the view from the home was so pretty and peaceful! Uber wasn't impossible but a little tricky. However, Antonio has someone he recommends that you can hire for outings. Thank you Antonio:)

Amazing Property
We loved the seclusion & amenities at Villa St Barth!!! The house is beautifully maintained and Antonio was amazing to work with, so friendly & helpful. The only negative with the seclusion is a drive is required to go anywhere & the driveway to the property is easy to miss. We woke up to enjoy the sunrise & listen to the monkeys every morning & got lucky one morning when they visited our trees. The pool overlooking the cliff is beautiful & so relaxing.

This is the most beautiful property I have ever had the luxury of staying. Very clean. Antonio is the most amazing individual and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect. Our Villa St. Barth stay
Antonio and Carmen were gracious and responsive hosts during our two-week stay. Antonio was more than timely in responding to any questions we had about dining out, chefs coming in, and places to shop for various foods. Carmen’s efforts at keeping the villa (and clothes - she does the washing) clean were remarkable. Beautiful views abound. The nighttime stars are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Antoino and Carmen see to maintenance matters quickly and resolutely. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return.

Absolute Paradise!
The villa, pool and gardens were awesome! We could not have asked for better hosts. The platter of fresh fruit was greatly appreciated after a long flight and the freshly baked baguette was delicious. Thank you Antonio and Carmen for all of the restaurant, beach and private chef recommendations. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a private oasis near Tamarindo.

Peaceful, Private Paradise!
Villa St Barth is everything you could want and more! Antonio and Carmen are fabulous hosts. A warm welcome and excellent instructions to local attractions. Antonio has great recommendations….his driver, Alvaro took us wherever we needed to go. The cost was similar to renting a car but with no headaches. Swiss trained, chef Nicola and his wife Elsy cooked two delicious dinners for our group of 6. All with local fresh, homegrown ingredients and a beautiful presentation. The house and grounds are gorgeous and perfectly maintained. Carmen keeps the inside spotless and came in several times to do our laundry and cleanup. The patio and pool with 6 comfortable lounges were our favorite place to late night star gaze after our day exploring. I would highly recommend this home. It will not disappoint. I’m already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you Carmen and Antonio for everything!

Amazing House!
This house is large enough for a crowd, but it was only just the two of us and we loved the open space. The pool is amazing, the outdoor space is huge, the gardens are beautiful. Antonio and Carmen were the perfect hosts, fruit bowl was perfect after a long flight and fresh croissants brought in a few days later. They helped us with recommendations for beaches, restaurants and checked in on us every other day. Antonio even guided us to the house when we were lost! Tamarindo is a bustling town so coming back to the quiet of the pool was perfect. The monkey family in the trees was very entertaining. Best to have 4WD in this area to explore out of the way places. A little slice of heaven.

St. Barth’s Villa
Property is gorgeous, pool is well kept and interior is clean. Property is up a very steep hill that enables you to have a lot of privacy. One driver was not able to go up the steep hill, but everyone else had 4x4 so, not a problem at all. Antonio is very responsive and has a lot of good recommendations for restaurants that are close to the property. Carmen is very sweet and cleans the Villa and does your laundry. Pictures are accurate and clearly showcase this amazing property. Be sure to download “WhatsApp” to book reservations at restaurants, parks, text Antonio and a driver (if needed). Restaurants we went to while at the Villa that have really good food and a nice ambience. 1. Las Pangas beach resort, they require reservations. Food is served in an intimate setting off of the beach. We did a lobster and steak dinner. It was served with a heated volcanic rock and you cooked the steak at your table. 2. Patagonia’s Argentinian, this restaurant is extremely busy, be sure to book reservations in advance. Driver: We used Juan Carlos that is recommended by Antonio. Juan Carlos is fun, stops to get drinks, takes you to an Iguana Park and is very responsive and will take you out for the entire day or night. I would recommend Juan Carlos instead of renting a car, it is approximately the same cost and way more convenient. Private Chefs: We had two amazing chefs come to cook dinner for three nights. Nicholas and Maria. Both are amazing. Zip Lining: Diamonte Adventure Park, they have one of the top ten longest zip lines in the world. Superman is 1.5 miles long. They are extremely safe and take safety as a top priority. They have some rescued animals in the park that include sloths, jaguars, toucans and a butterflies to name a few. Spa: Los Altos de Ero (LADE), the spa is 18 + and requires reservations. My daughter and I did the 1/2 day package: Indonesia bath, seaweed wrap, masssge and lunch. The spa overlooks the rainforest and is approximately 10 mins away from the Villa. Waterfalls: We did an adventure excursion at La Leona waterfalls. Extremely fun and gorgeous waterfalls that you can swim in Food Deliver: Similarly to Urban Eats or food delivery service. I believe the name is “BKE.” They will pick up food from local restaurants and anything you need from the store. They drive it to the villa for a small service fee. Grocery Store: We stopped at the large grocery store “Automercada.” A+++

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Villa St. Barth. My husband, 19 year old daughter, 17 year old son and I stayed there in June for 7 nights. The house was beautiful and kept so clean. Antonio was wonderful in answering all the questions we had before the trip and also while we were there. Carmen cam every couple days and cleaned and did our laundry. We spent so much time by the gorgeous pool. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

This house is amazing!! My wife and I, along with our 2 kids(5 and 3 yrs old), and her parents stayed at this property for 4 nights. We absolutely enjoyed the pool and the wonderful garden area. There were several lizards, frogs, and wildlife throughout the property keeping the children thoroughly entertained. The house is super modernized and is well equipped for cooking. Super open layout with windows everywhere. You can see straight thru the house from one end to the other. I highly recommend the services of Alvaro. Instead of renting a car for our trip, we hired Alvaro to be our tour guide along with our transportation to and from the airport. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and helped us make decisions on the best beaches and excursions to do during our stay. Some of the drives were lengthy, but he didn’t hesitate to fill us in on the history of Costa Rica and the heritage of the people. He is also very informative of all the various trees and animals throughout the land. After an all day excursion, we were exhausted and did not feel like stopping for the groceries needed for dinner that evening. Alvaro overheard what we were wanting, and without our request, he delivered the groceries a couple of hours after dropping us at the house. He is absolutely outstanding and I would not come back to this area of Costa Rica without having him as a driver. His services are comparable to what it would cost to rent a car anyway, so I assure you it’s well worth it. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Paradise in Costa Rica
Man o Man absolute paradise. St Barth Villa was pictured perfect as advertised. From the comfort of the bedrooms, roominess of the bathrooms, the spaciousness of the kitchen. And the lavishness of the infinity pool and the landscaping of the property was so tranquil. If you want to wake up to the sounds of bird chirping and seeing wild life like chinchillas swinging from trees this is the place. Our host Antonio is very informative of whatever you want to do and the housekeeper Carmen is the best. Costa Rica has a lot to offer but after exploring all day, ain’t nothing like returning to a place that reminds you of Home. For six days Villa St Barth was “Home” for me, my wife, and my niece and nephew. Thanks again
