Tampa Perfection
From start to finish, our 8-day stay in Cleo and John's home was perfect. The booking was easy and communication about the property and its details was prompt and clear. The home is beautifully furnished and spacious. Its layout is perfectly configured and our family of 5 (4 of whom were "working" from home) had plenty of room, both inside and outdoors in the beautiful lenai. The fully equipped kitchen was stocked with our favorite food basics which made our first breakfast after a late night arrival especially appreciated and convenient. The location of the house is ideal -- situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood (great for early morning walks), yet close to shops and an easy ride to downtown Tampa and all it has to offer. The attention to detail in this home made our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Cleo and John's attention to detail made them fabulous hosts, and I cant recommend their property highly enough!

Camera in the living space
There were active cameras in the pool area which is part of the living space. The owner monitored how long the garage door was open and text me became she was unhappy with how long it was open. We could not use two doors in the home including the front door. I can only assume it was because the owner had cameras in the garage and was monitoring comings and goings. The owner insisted on being there when we arrived which was stressful since we were a group not coming in at the same time and with flight delays this became a problem working around the owner insisting on being there at arrival. Additionally, the automated pool cleaner was set to run during the day. As a consequence as we were trying to use the pool the hose and cleaner were moving around in the pool - complete inconvenience and did not make for a good experience.

Amazing home!
We would definitely recommend this beautiful home. The decor is amazing! The beds are very comfortable, very spacious, the yard and pool area which was a little too chilly when we were there to use was awesome, I only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen seemed fully stocked. Cleo was great with communication before we arrived with lots of tips and ideas which was very helpful, and when we arrived she greeted us to show us the ins and outs of the home. If you are looking for a very well cleaned and maintained home, look no further. Thanks Cleo for making us feel very welcome!

This house is absolutely beautiful. Like others have said before... the pictures do not do it justice. This house is huge and was perfect for the 6 adults in our group. Cleo and John were amazing host. From the time we booked, they reached out and gave us so many great recommendations. They kept us up to date on weather, pool temp, and even pollen levels the week of our stay. Our group had a great stay in the sunshine state and we would definitely use this house again!

Great Property and Owners
What a great property! The pictures don't really do this place justice. It is amazingly decorated, ton's of space and a great outdoor pool. In addition to the property, the owners were tremendous making sure that the trip went well with information about the area, don't miss local spots and restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home wit a very beautiful pool with 3 spacious bed rooms and very nice kitchen. The whole family had a great time and did not want to go back to Virginia for another week 😊

Wonderful rental
We had a great time staying in your home. The house was gorgeous and the space was roomy for everyone. We went to baseball games before the 2020 Spring season was canceled due to corona virus. We walked to and on the nearby trail every morning. We grilled out most nights. We loved the closeness of the grocery store and pizza place. The pool was still super cold, but the sun was hot. Even us Michiganders were able to get a tan.

Lovely Stay in Odessa!!
We were 3 couples traveling for New Year’s. The house was perfect for us! Plenty of room and amenities!! The house was extremely clean and we loved seeing all the different treasures that were in the house. Cleo was very helpful with ideas and when we couldn’t find something, Cleo responded right away. It definitely made our stay in the Tampa area very enjoyable. We went to Tarpon Springs, St Pete’s Beach, Clearwater and the guys found amazing golf courses close by!! Definitely would stay there again and we would recommend this property! Thank you,Cleo, for opening up your beautiful home to us!

An absolute gem!!
I can’t say enough about this property. It was clean, beautifully decorated, extremely spacious, and the beds were heavenly! The pool was amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful. Cleo was the nicest host I could have asked for. Definitely an upscale property , I hope to stay here again!!

Enjoyed our time. Cleo was very accommodating, she made sure we had everything we needed. There is no cable TV however TV is a smart tv. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it each day
