Clean and spacious
Our stay was terrific. Communication was great. Clean and spacious home with large kitchen/dining area, which was nice for our family. Convenient to grocery store and gas station. Pretty backyard with ample outdoor seating. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was everything we needed and was VERY clean and stocked.

The place is perfect for a larger family. We flew in for my mother in law’s 90th birthday. We didn’t want to overwhelm her with dinners at her place so all our meals were prepared here. The bar and table was enough for the 8 of us. We did use the charcoals grill one night only thing we had to buy was the charcoal the grilling utensils and spices were well stocked. The place is very clean and the bed comfortable. The fenced in yard gave us that private and secure feeling and is perfect if you had a dog. Because the temperatures were down in the high 30’s at night we used the fireplace. We look forward to staying again. The only thing you want to watch, we drove in late at night and I copied and pasted the address from I don’t know what but we ended up on sixth street. It’s a not well lite area and a bit sketchy. I made sure I put county road into the Apple Maps and it drove us right to our place.

Family trip
We were 10 total that stayed in the property and there was so much space for all of us to fit! The house is beautiful. The kids had so much fun with the large backyard, there were enough TVs for adults and kids to watch their own thing in the evenings and overall it was just a great house for us. The house was so clean, well stocked on necessities, and the welcome basket was a nice and thoughtful touch. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and we would definitely look to stay here again when we come to town next time!

The house was perfect for us for the 10 people we had. It was very clean and spacious enough for our group . The fenced large yard offered privacy. I would suggest having some extra bath towels, sheets ,pillows and blanket for the pull out sofa bed as there was only ones for the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook and pantry and washer and dryer were set up nicely. The welcome package of soap,razors,toothpaste and toothbrudhes was a nice touch

Great stay for family trip
This house seemed newly remodeled and well done. Kitchen had everything we needed and everything was in great condition. We appreciated having two rooms with attached bathrooms plus a another guest bath. Large backyard with huge patio was great for our family trip. Only suggestions are maybe swapping the lights for ceiling fans (we missed having a breeze to keep the AC from running) and maybe a sign or flag out front to help find the house, it comes up quick! Otherwise convenient location to grocery & restaurants plus the skydive location if you’re in town to check that out. Would stay again!

We had our family and my grandfather. There are no steps anywhere so that was great for my grandfather. everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our visit didn't allow us to use the back yard much but it was very nice! The manager was easy to communicate with and was available for any questions.

Beautiful & spacious.
This was a lovely property. It was perfect for our large family. The decor is so beautifully done and back patio is amazing! The kitchen is huge & the back yard was excellent for our dogs. We will definitely try to stay here again sometime. Highly recommend!!!

The title pretty much says it all regarding "Oaks Manor". The house looks exactly like what you see in VRBO, very clean, nice fenced in backyard complete with Bar-B-Que grill and two sets of patio furniture. The house is centrally located to most everything in Zephyrhills. If you cook most of your meals the kitchen is very well stocked with most of the utensils that are needed. We really enjoyed the stay at "Oaks Manor" and would stay there again. The host was easy to get ahold and seemed very concerned that everything was as it should be, which it was. Lyndon

This property was spacious, clean and well equipped for our family. Loved the yard and back patio area as well as the interior design. We made great use of the kitchen and laundry room and enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. Would love to rent again next time we’re in the area.

Beautiful Home
This is a beautiful home and looks exactly as pictured. Everything is new and very clean! It’s a great space for large families or groups. The host was very accommodating and responded to questions and requests promptly. I really recommend this home and will stay again on future trips.

Beautiful home
The pictures did not do this home justice. Beautiful, clean, very comfortable. Communication with the owner was always fast and easy. I loved the welcome basket full of goodies as well as essentials we may have not remembered to bring. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for close proximity of the venue. I could definitely see staying here again when we come to visit family!
